我也收到了，这邮件啥意思？能免费改或退？我怎么记得要变动超3小时才可以改，超4小时才可以退的呢

亚航的flight recovery system明显是借鉴了jetstar，甚至比jetstar还好。jetstar起飞时间不变，抵达提前五分钟，都允许我免费改签，但不能退票。

Aax 那个邮箱以前效率挺高的啊，不是当天就是第二天回复啦。貌似在亚航的各种渠道，也只有这个邮箱的权限最大了。

当你收到短信或这邮件！如果只是改签，可以拨打广州或苏州客服电话，立马改好！根本无需发邮件！

广州客服，我打了几次了，都说只有帮我申请的权限。

是的，我也搞不懂现在亚航的退改政策，但是超过3小时可以改前后一个星期的。。。这个貌似只能改前后一天的，但是可以退，如果这个真是亚航新政策就劲爆死了。。。
