宿雾特价票能改时间吗？

我想请教下，我订的7月24日马尼拉回上海的票，想让航空公司退掉，但是他们回复不能退，但是说只能改时间，

现在我想改到30号，但对方一直没回邮件，碰着今天又是菲鹰促销最后一天，我想订菲鹰24-30号马尼拉往返吉隆坡的票，现在宿雾还没改签我这头不敢定，有什么办法吗？打去宿雾电话也没人接。。。因为是第一次操作自由行，想请教下各位前辈。。
