[SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT] Philippines’ AirAsia realigns flight frequencies for Clark - Puerto Princesa to four (4) times weekly starting September 2012.

We will now operate the route every Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays starting September 1. Flight timings remained the same.

Guests who are affected by this change will be offered three options:
(a) A full refund of flight bookings
(b) Full credit shell refund
(c) Option to change flight date without any costs (subject to availability)

Guests whose flights will be affected will receive notifications via E-mail, SMS and phone calls. For inquiry and updates, one may call up Philippines’ AirAsia call center at +632 588 9999 from Monday to Sunday at 0800hrs to 2100hrs (GMT +8).
