1. Move flight : Change to an earlier travel date (before suspension) on the same route without additional cost and subject to seat availability; OR
2. Reroute (after suspension) : Change to a new travel date reroute via Kuala Lumpur (KUL) within 14 calendar days from original flight date without additional cost and subject to seat availability; OR
3. Credit Account: Retain the value of your fare in a credit account for your future travel with AirAsia. The online Credit Account to be redeemed within 180 calendar days from the date of issue; OR
4. Refund: Obtain a full refund in the amount equivalent to your booking.
