孩子没去，等待亚航退税

各位达人，

6月份的旅行，孩子没有去。我等待现在7月准备开始退，咨询了亚航客服（广州），可以退机场费。（貌似和之前论坛里了解的退机场税也是不一致的）。于是按照他们要求发了电子表格，很快收到回复，被拒了。邮件正文如下：大家帮忙看看是不是可以申述啊？ 机票我是用了，一行4人，但是其中孩子没去，总是能退一些费用的吧。



Thank you for e-mailing AirAsia. We have reviewed your request and we hereby regret to inform that the said request has been declined as the booking number submitted was the first confirmed booking in our system. Thus, this booking has been confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
Other identical bookings made subsequent to the first booking will be identified automatically in our system and will be refunded. Please expect a case acknowledgement sent to your e-mail if there are any other duplicate bookings in our system.
You may have to respond to this e-mail by providing the details of your bank account and/or credit card number in the event we do not have the said details in our system for the refund processing.
