TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FARE CONDITIONS:
- For Abu Dhabi, introductory fare is available for sale until September 30, 2013. Travel period for Abu Dhabi will start on October 1, 2013.
- For Dubai, introductory fare is available for sale until November 5, 2013. Travel period for Dubai will start on November 6, 2013. Dubai flights are operated by PAL Express.
- For Riyadh, introductory fare is available for sale until November 30, 2013. Travel period for Riyadh will start on December 1, 2013.
- For Dammam, introductory fare is available for sale until December 3, 2013. Travel for Dammam will start on December 4, 2013.
- Philippine Travel Tax is only applicable to Philippine passport holders.
- Ticketing Service Fee is not applicable to web purchases except for Dubai flights.
- Ticket is non-rebookable, non-refundable, non-reroutable and non- transferable.
- Ticket is refundable if visa application has been denied. Passenger must show proof of application and denial at any PAL Ticket Office.
- Promo has limited seats.
- Quoted all-in fares are rounded off to the nearest whole number.
- Quoted International fares are subject to change due to currency conversion rate.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
- For Dubai and Abu Dhabi, 7kg handcarry baggage and 30kg free check-in baggage allowance.
- For Riyadh and Dammam, 7kg handcarry baggage and 2pcs free check in baggage allowance at 23kg each.
- For Los Angeles, San Francisco and Honolulu, 7kg handcarry baggage and 1-piece free check-in baggage allowance at 23kg and 2nd piece for $50.
- For Guam, 7kg handcarry baggage and 1-piece free check-in baggage allowance at 23kg and 2nd piece for $30.
- For Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Darwin, 7kg handcarry baggage and 23kg free check-in baggage allowance.
- For all other international routes, 7kg handcarry baggage and 20kg free check-in baggage allowance.
