亚航上海-马尼拉航线正式取消

We have always taken great care when implementing any flight changes that may inconvenience you, our valued guest. However, as part of network realignment following the impact of travel warning on our operations in China, we have taken the decision to suspend flights between Manila and Shanghai.

The following AirAsia Zest flights have been suspended until further notice.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this cancellation has caused you and we would like to offer you the following options:

i)                    Option to move flight to an earlier available flight of the same route without any extra charges and subject to availability

ii)                  Re-route via AirAsia flights to/from Shanghai via Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (subject to seat availability). Please choose from these options:

For Manila – Shanghai route

Manila (NAIA Terminal 4) – Kuala Lumpur (klia2)	Kuala Lumpur (klia2) – Shanghai (Shanghai Pudong International Airport)
Z2-948 MNL/KUL  0735H-1120H	D7-330 KUL/PVG  1910H-0025H	w/o hotel accommodation; 7 hours and 50 minuteswaiting time in KL

For Shanghai – Manila route

Shanghai (Shanghai Pudong International Airport) – Kuala Lumpur (klia2)	Kuala Lumpur (klia2) – Manila (NAIA Terminal 4)
D7-331 PVG/KUL 0120H-0640H	Z2-949 KUL/MNL 1145H-1540H	w/o hotel accommodation; 5 hours and 5 minuteswaiting time in KL

iii)                Be offered a credit shell for the value that they paid with a validity of 180 days. Credit shell may be used to purchase AirAsia seats and products via www.airasia.com

iv)                Full refund of your flight bookings. Refund is available 14 days after we receive request or confirmation

E-form本周一提交，今天周三登陆亚航会员，根据行程单号查询我的退款状态，提示该记录不存在，请问大家是否也碰到这个情况呀？

我也想这么改，打了中国客服谈心50分钟不同意，说我改航线，后主管提示我写EFORM ,电话白打了啊！请问你的要求有回复吗？
