Please be informed that effective from 22nd June 2012, AirAsia X will move our operations to Beijing Airport, and we will no longer arrive into or depart from Tianjin Airport.
Please be informed that we will be sending individual notifications to all guests affected by this move, in batches starting from next week, based on your different flight dates, via email and SMS.
The email notices will also outline the various service recovery options.
In order to avoid undue congestion and delays in replying to your queries, we request that you contact us for any queries you may have, only after you have received your individual notice,
which are:
i. cancel your reservation and opt for Full Refund/Credit Shell; or
ii. move to any of our other operating flights from/to Tianjin, before the 22nd June 2012*; or
iii. reroute your flights from Tianjin to Beijing to/from Kuala Lumpur#; or
iv. should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia or AirAsia X, we will also move* them accordingly

从天津出发或抵达天津的最后一个航班信息如下：

接下来，我们将会通过邮件及手机短讯形式联系每个乘客，根据乘客的航班需求，进行方案处理。致每个乘客的个人邮件内将会一同列出所有的改签方案与细节。
为了更好地应对乘客的咨询并迅速地协助乘客进行改签，我们恳请各位在收到个人邮件后，依照个人邮件内的方法和我们进行改签的沟通。
以下是为受影响的乘客提供的处理方案：
I． 取消订单，全额退款到银行卡，或将退款存于亚航帐户，在原定出发日期的90日内购买任何亚航航班。
II． 改签航班到6月22日前，从天津滨海机场出发*。或
III． 改签到北京首都机场出发#
IV． 如行程内有任何亚航的联程航班，可以根据最接近原定行程的排序下改签*
* 免费，视该航班座位空缺而定
