曼谷航空特价机票退票含泪直播-已退票

500左右买了四大三小7月中香港苏梅的往返，真心想去。现在的暑期价格往返要六七千了。。。
但家里出了些事，还有一个准备去的小孩子，足部烫伤，实在是去不了。
一般特价机票，航空公司是都不能退了，但听说太阳老大申请了曼航的医学退票，我也试试吧。
发退票申请至 reservation@bangkokair.com 并附上诊断证明，但医生写的不是英文版，我自己另外加的翻译。
周日发的邮件，一会就回信了。






英文烂，请大神再帮忙解释下。


1.必须要提供英文的证明。是可以退票的。但上面写退票是不是要扣款？
2.上面一段写的是不是可以改签到2017.3之前的时间，但要补钱？

According to your e-mail, we would like to inform you that normally the ticket is non refundable but flight/date could change with fee THB1000/sector/person plus differencial fare if same fare is not available from Hong Kong-Samui-Hong Kong in this regard.Reroute is permitted with fee THB3000/transaction/person plus fare differential in case same fare is not available.On the other hand, you could keep to rebook and travel within 17 March 2017 for next occasion.

If the document is not proper, the ticket fare restrictions are fully effective in this regard.

简单说下。重新写了英文版的诊断证明书，然后发给了客服。
客服回信太快了，不到1小时。
问下是退受伤的乘客还是订单里的全部乘客。
我回退全部。

其实受伤的是订单中不占座位的小朋友，票价才: HKD 130         
曼航真是不错，整个订单7个人全部都可以退

已经开好证明。并发给曼航。等待回信。
我是让医生先写好，然后翻译好，再让医生抄一遍。
不是医生不会英文，是太忙了，没时间去费脑筋翻译。
