酷鸟航天津直飞曼谷XW879一月部分航班取消，已收到邮件，准备开撕！

If the new travel arrangement is acceptable, there is nothing you need to do. If, however, the new arrangement is not suitable, you may:

• Rebook, at no additional charge, to another NokScoot flight on the same route (same origin and destination) operating within seven days of the original flight; or
• Receive refund of the affected sector to a transferable NokScoot travel voucher at 120% of itinerary cost (excluding any amounts for third party products and services) that can be used towards future travel booked within six months from the date of issue; or
• Subject to a reasonable administration fee, refund of the affected sector to the original mode of payment, excluding any amounts for third party products and services.

打了客服电话，说天津一月飞曼谷是售完所以查不到，目前查不到取消

打不通客服电话，一直是自动语音，转到最后就是客服忙等待，想找个人工客服问都困难

这纯粹就是无赖啊，没任何补偿，也不能帮忙改签，也不能全额退款。我也定了春节重庆飞曼谷的航班，好担心啊 ...
