On Monday the 10th of September we regrettably encountered a reservations system error which resulted in no applicable and unrealistic prices being displayed on-line and we are therefore unable to accept your booking at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

In order to achieve a solution we would like to offer you an exclusive rate:

• The very special room rate of THB1800 plus Government Tax and Service Charge for up to two people per room per night for the same dates in recognition of your patience and resulting inconvenience.

前晚收到，写了逻辑严谨措辞激烈的邮件明确表示不接受此方案，昨晚上再次受到回复，booking还是说酒店不承认。要么接受1800+税，要么取消。今天晚上12点钱不回复，默认取消。

太无耻了
