In addition, with our deepest apologies, we would like to compensate for this unfortunate incident by offering you a CheapTickets.hk Travel Voucher of HK$1,000.00 (two vouchers x HK$500) out of goodwill. The travel voucher will be sent to you in a separate email within the next 10 working days.
