宿务改护照号求助

我知道这可以不用改，但还是想改了放心，昨天给宿务写了email，提供姓名，护照号，还有航班详细信息，航班确认信，今收回信，如下

May we request to send the passports of the passengers?

这啥意思？还要把护照寄过去不成？

我之前改名字也收到过，你直接把你护照扫描或者是照相，发邮件过去就可以，很方便，他们也是核实一下

我买了票 没填护照号码。
