Allow me to give light on the issuesraised. The reason behind the reschedule of this flight was weadded a new aircraft to our fleet and added new routes. ScheduleChange is done because we have to adjust the frequencies for ontime performance of the flight, to better serve you, so that we cancontinue to give the lowest fares possible and to give every JUAN achance to fly cheaper. And that’s the reason why we advice allaffected passengers ahead of time to make necessary arrangement ontheir trip. Moving forward, please be reminded that flight timesshown in the Itinerary Receipt, in timetables or elsewhere are notguaranteed and may change between the date of reservation and thedate of travel in which you’ve agreed upon purchasing our ticket/sonline. For our terms and conditions you may review them beforeconfirming your booking, which are also made available on ourwebsite. We arerequesting for your kindest understanding regarding the matter. Butrerouting of xx-xx to xx-xx is not possible. Youcan only change the date/time of your Manila to XX to be able toconnect to your Shanghai-Manila flight.
