生病了亚航能退票吗?

同行人中一人生病,可能到时无法出行,如果这样的话能退票吗?我看到去年论坛有帖子说出示医院证明可以扣除部分手续费全额退票.但是我去网站找相关条款发现任何情况都是不能退票的,只能退税.请问是亚航改规则了吗?

前提条件：1、其患病导致无法乘坐航班；2、医院出具的证明可以证明其无法乘坐航班；3、患病者本人可以申请扣除手续费后退票。

同行人如果是直系家属，比如你老公、老婆患病，那么你可以出具婚姻证明，并且说明你需要留家照顾病人，应该可以同样扣除手续费后退票。如果同行是朋友，很遗憾，恐怕不能进行退票。

It is valid for 90 days

Once expired, it will be locked by the system and it is not extendable

It is applicable for D7, AK, FD and QZ flights

It is transferable to any family members or friends



The credit shell will be available for you to utilize upon reaching the payment page. If the new flight is in a higher fare than the booked, you may pay the balance with your credit card. Your flight can be after that. However, you can check our flight schedule through www.airasia.com which we have until 30th April 2014. We will create the credit shell upon receiving your reply and will update you accordingly.

亚航申请医学退票必须要有医生开具的疾病证明（包括有医院抬头的正式疾病证明书、医生签名、医院盖章），疾病证明上需让医生注明在航班起飞的当天依然不适宜乘坐飞机（一般写多少周、多少月内不适宜乘坐飞机）。然后把疾病证明、乘机人姓名、乘机人亚航账号（必须是乘机人的，不可以是购买人，没有的话要马上注册一个）、票号、航班日期和时间发送到亚航这个邮箱：china-desk@airasia.com
发送邮件20分钟后必须打电话到亚航客服确认。一般5-10个工作日就会退款回乘机人的亚航账号。
