Due Inclement weather of Typhoon Yolanda, we are extending Force Majeure handling to affected guest with travel starting today, 07 November until 15 November 2013 only (selected areas). Please be advised that it will apply to requests received until November 20, 2013 only.

我是11.20出发，不能改签。
