现在菲鹰同意出钱更改名字，但是仿佛要去TICKET OFFICE才能改

订票时将姓写错了，其他正确，改得了吗？或者大家有菲鹰客服的联系方式，请教请教啊。。。第一次买票出纰漏啊

菲鹰回的信，我看不懂，求高人帮忙翻译一下，只知道好像是说可以改名字，但要受到处罚。。。。。。。。。。。具体怎么改呢？

Dear Sir,
I would clarify what happened again.
I have misstaken the first name and the middle name, the related ticked number is 2112167761861.
When I purchase the ticket in your website, I input Peng as middle name, and Yu as the family name, and input the family name as the first name。
So the correct name should be as below：
                          1st name                     Family name
1st Passenger
2nd Passenger
3rd Passenger
4th Passenger

And I would like to poit out, I am not selling out these tickets to others, this is only caused by misunderstanding, since the name system is different in China, chinese people always put their family name 1st, and followed by given name, and there is no middle name in China.

Please find attached our passports, and I am sure you can understand my mistake, and I am really sorry for any inconveniences!

然后你要附上你们所有人的护照扫描件。另外你没有告诉我你们的family name， 所以你自己把准确的名字信息填写在 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 后面。如果是亚航的话，我觉得会有99%以上的成功概率，但是菲鹰我没有预订过，祝好运了！
