泰国鸟航现在行李托运也要收费吗？

今天在飞猪上，预定了一张5月曼谷飞普吉的鸟航机票，刚刚代理商打电话过来，说从2月份开始鸟航就没有免费的行李托运了，只有7公斤手提，如果购买15公斤的行李托运，需要225元人民币，这不是天价吗？请问哪位大侠，鸟航 现在到底行李要不要收费？感谢！

看了下官网这么写的，超重国内航线300THB每公斤,MS没有现场买行李票的说法
If, in our absolute discretion, baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance is accepted for carriage, you shall pay a charge for the carriage of that excess baggage at the rate of THB 300 per Kilogram for domestic routes and THB 400 for international routes.
预定后购买行李票的话，提前24小时购买，价格如下：
Buy More option, purchase after booking process
THB 350 per flight per 5 kg in addition to normal allowance.
THB 400 per flight per 10 kg in addition to normal allowance.
THB 650 per flight per 15 kg in addition to normal allowance.
THB 900 per flight per 20 kg in addition to normal allowance.
THB 1,100 per flight per 25 kg in addition to normal allowance.
These packages can be purchased only after the booking process and must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance before traveling time.
所以225RMB15公斤确实太贵了吧
