发现航班没有了,该怎么办?

直接写信给宿雾,(cebskedchange@cebupacificair.com) 问他咋回事,一般来说他第一封信都是很行货的回答:

Please see our website for your reference of the exact flight details that will fit your schedule.
Travel Fund – full Travel fund of the amount. A credit account which guest can be use for future transactions with Cebu pacific (may use up to 90 days based on the date of creation).
Money back – full refund of the amount paid *for bookings made via credit card, the amount shall be credited back to your account minimum of 60 working/banking days.

Please do let us know which option you would like to take.

Kindly advise us more than 4hrs before your flight otherwise, changes will be considered accepted and will be considered 'flown' if you fail to show up on the scheduled departure.

Please be advised that we can only rebook your flight once without any charges subject to seat availability.

Please confirm should you wish to continue with the rebooking.

然后你仔细产看他写的内容和航班没错,你就回他说没问题,然后他就会给你改票了并且回复:

We shall be sending your new itinerary receipt in a short while.

Please be at the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure. Our check-in counters close 45 minutes before the flight. Please be reminded that your ticket is non-refundable and will be considered 'flown' if you fail to show up on the scheduled departure and/or you decided to rebook it 1 day before the flight. Any amendments after this confirmation must be made more than 4 hours before your flight – subject to applicable fees.

Again, with much sincerity, we apologize for the inconvenience and we do hope that you will allow us another opportunity to be of better service to you again.

然后再过一会你就可以收到新的票了,每封邮件大概需要一天时间,所以大概三天就能改好了

我今年被改了两次啊。。。。。。。

怎么看自己机票是不是被改了啊,从来没关注过,宿雾总给发英文邮件,我都无视啊,orz

感谢本帖的信息,打了新加坡的客服电话,立马搞定了退票。原因是航班变动。
