有人打通过菲航的客服电话吗？

翻墙上菲航的FACEBOOK吧。
我也是如同上述遭遇。无奈之下，求助网络高手，翻墙上FACEBOOK，下午17：10给菲航发的消息，一个小时后就回复我OK啦！神速。

不过，我再也不想订菲航的票了，售后太恼火！

请 问是不是https://www.virtuallythere.com已经改好了，机票就可以了，没有E-ticket也没关系吗？还是要等到出E-ticket才可以？

我菲航只退过票，没改过航班。上海那边是没人管你的，北京的电话打过，通了，也记录了，表示会去协助办理。邮件一般发过去2星期有回信，然后，你再回邮，再1个多星期回信。我当时退1张国际票1张国内票，还不能同时帮我操作，分了2件事来办，也就说，大概一个月的时间全部搞定。然后是15还是20工作日的信用卡收到退款。他们效率是很慢的。朋友机票改期打过菲律宾总部电话，也是通了N次没人接，最后也是邮件搞定的。

https://www.virtuallythere.com改好了的话就可以了，直接打印出来就可以CHECKIN了。
E-ticket一般晚几天就能收到了，我的已经收到了。

你发的哪个邮箱啊？我退票一开始发邮箱虽然时间长一点，但还回我，现在都不回我了。太郁闷了

https://www.virtuallythere.com改好已经十天了，现在还没收到e-ticket，请问用virtuallythere上的打印件真的能checkin吧，很担心呀

eTicket其实只是一份receipt, 收据而已, virtuallythere上的才是订单信息.

Print Itinerary

If you modify your travel plans (change airlines, flights, times, dates) you will want to Sync your reservation in TripCase to ensure you continue receiving alerts as they occur.

Access www.tripcase.com on the Web. Click on My Trips and you will see all of your trips registered in TripCase on the left side. Highlight the trip you want to Sync. You will see a 'Sync Booking' link under the trip name; click on it. This will automatically sync your TripCase with the latest itinerary information.

On your mobile device you should have a refresh or sync tab and will want to click on it. Typically logging out and back into TripCase will Sync your trips however, it is a good practice to sync to be safe.

Other Important Reminders:

Please arrive at the airport 3 hours prior your scheduled departure for international flights and 2 hours prior your scheduled departure for domestic flights.The check-in counter closes 45 minutes before flight departure.

You can check into your flight online from 24 hours to 2 hours prior to your flight's departure. You can select your seat and print your boarding pass before proceeding to the airport.
