主要我前面是菲鹰从科隆过来转机的,13:30才到马尼拉,如果改到14:25去长滩的实在太赶。
最终解决方案,是改到15:35去卡里波的,然后宿雾负责接机去长滩,平心而论,还算厚道,而且人家确实做到了有理有力有节。
一开始,按照楼里朋友的意见,要求给我把菲鹰的coron--manila改掉,或者送我一程科隆去马尼拉的,好衔接马尼拉去长滩的。宿雾给的解释:
As previously mentioned, 5J 911 was cancelled due to force majeure. As much as we want to keep our on-time commitment to all our passengers, there are circumstances that are extremely beyond our control such as weather, aircraft problems that may occur from time to time, runway closure brought about by some quasi functions. We are forced to cancel our flights to ensure that all our flights should be safe and free from potential danger at any time.
In the Airline's Conditions of Carriage, it says that we may cancel a flight if it is not possible to land the aircraft for reason beyond our control. For cancelled flight due to safety and security reason (as determined by the airline), or when justified by circumstances beyond the airline's control, the affected passengers will have the option to rebook the flight (within 30 days from the disrupted flight; beyond 30 days fare difference will be collected if applicable), or apply for the creation of a full Travel Fund. No refund will be given to affected guests since the cancellation was force majeure. In view of the foregoing, we regret to inform you that no Coron- Manila will be given since the cancellation is not airline's fault. We may suggest that you may apply the cancelled flight in a full travel fund which you may use the amount for the next booking. It has a validity of 90 days from the date of travel fund creation. For more details kindly call our hotline at +632 7020888 so as our agent may assist you
而最后的方案:Cebu Pacific will shoulder the land transfer between Kalibo to Caticlan. Kindly approach our airport personnel upon arrival at Kalibo so they could assist you. Again, with much sincerity, we apologize for the inconvenience and we do hope that you will allow us another opportunity to be of better service to you again.
