我昨天发了邮件，今天还没有给解决。我把邮件范本发给大家用吧。后面的亲们不用费心码英语单词了。Hello sebu Airline：

I was your Member。。。， i have paid the ticket by ALipay ，but why the status showed on the manage booking is Cancelled instead of Confirmed ？
can you send a confirmation e-mail to me？and i need e-ticket，please also send a copy to me.

I give your all the order number：

Confirmation#  。。。
the flight:。。。

alipay number:。。。

guests name: 1.。。2.。。


I need  the  tickets，please keep them for me ，Thank you！

他们回复我的邮件上说：This is to confirm that your payment has been captured for booking CEMIJH. Due to unavailability of the promo fare you availed, booking has been forwarded to concerned department for fare adjustment. We will send you the itineray once fare is adjusted.
这是什么意思啊？
