首先越南官方未对中国护照实行落地签，以下电子签证仅是第三方旅游中介机构提供的，该电子签证仅针对机场入境（河内胡志明和岘港），陆路是不可以的。因为中国不承认越南这个电子签证所以不可以中国直接出境去越南，需要第三国前往，或者有有效第三国签证可以出境才可！办理相当简单，网上填表交钱，通过审核后发email，持这张打印的纸（类似于团体签证名单）过边检，到了河内或者胡志明机场到专门的Visa on Arrival柜台缴纳45$ for 1 month and 3 month single entry, 65$ for 1 month multiple entry, 95$ for 3 month multiple entry即可获签入境。 我是在这里办理的www.vietnamvisapro.com and www.vietnamvisapro.net10美金一个人！人越多越便宜！是我目前找到的最低的！办理后会在3天左右发给PDF的电子签证文件，打印后在机场交给机场落地签柜台并缴纳签证费后会给护照贴上纸质落地签证！申请时需要写明入境时间地点（签证生效日）和出境日期（地点），和姓名，护照号，出生年月等信息！已经亲身体验过，朋友做的亚航吉隆坡飞胡志明完全没问题！适合第三国去越南的的同学！超省事！还省钱！另有加急签证需要多缴费！ 这个是收到的邮件和电子签证！
