现在菲鹰同意出钱更改名字，但是仿佛要去TICKET OFFICE才能改

晕死 还要去Airphil Express ticket office 他的售票处确认票啊，不过至少有进展同意你改名字了。 你需要提供身份证明和 1680比索作为更名费。

现在就是这个问题啊，中国这边又没有他的售票处，我们怎么过去找他们更改名字嘛，现在就是想让他们在网上改，应该怎么办啊？继续写信？？？

We are all in China now, and as I know there is no your ticket office in China so far.
At this point, I can not go to your ticket office to re-issue our ticket.
Could you please suggest another easier way for me as an exception? For example by internet, I can scan and mail all of our passports to you, and is the name change fee of Php 1680 for per person per flight or per the whole case?

Your kindly support and help is appreciate.
