汗，刚刚看了下，一、二、三月份泰国清迈 的机票基本都要350以上了，退票后那个损失啊

敢问怎么得到回应的？或者说，多久得到回应的？当时他们发信跟我说取消航班的问题，我有填了要求退款的表格回复给他们，不过寄出后就一直没有任何回应。

我11月28日也是帮我妈和她朋友定的12月12日清迈飞曼谷，结果我妈他们一行四人到了清迈机场才发现航班被取消了。我赶紧跟他们曼谷的客服联系，他们说前几天已经发邮件通知我了，我这才从我的垃圾邮箱里找到他们发的四封邮件。说航班被取消了，每人被补偿2张一年内商务舱的飞机票。他们当场买的Nok air才从清迈飞回曼谷，这才没有耽误行程！不过到现在我还没收到他们的钱！他们当时电话说也是退钱给我的！
