菲航未确认的机票，会退款吗？

今天收到菲航的邮件回复了，可以通过我的信用卡查询我所有订单，国内客服就无法这样查询。菲航客服邮件效率还是不错的，那个cancel的订单目前状态未定，已经回邮让他们取消，静等结果了。

完美解决，今天再次收到菲航服务人员邮件，说那个cancel的订单确认是不成功的订单，不会扣款的。

We sincerely apologize for the delay in response.  Please be advised that based on our records, we have found one (1) unsuccessful booking under reference ****TV.  Note that it was cancelled as our payment system was unable to capture the credit card details.  Rest assured though that your account has not been charged since the booking was not processed.

We suggest that you coordinate with your issuing bank for further verification regarding the said transaction.

菲航的email回复还是很及时的，3天内前后回复了我4封邮件，挺不错！！
