超过8小时的话 是不是按照这个办理呢?
马来西亚外交部官网上关于中国公民申请TWOV的链接：

其中与中国公民有关的条款的原文如下：
120 HOURSTRANSIT FACILITY WITHOUT VISA
Transit pass isissued to foreign nationals whose require a visa to enter Malaysia on transit to other countries.
Transit Pass facility cannot exceed more than 120 hours (5 days), there will be no extensionof this facility.
Fee is not required for Transit Pass facility.
Visitors are only allowed to enter and leave through the Entry/Exit Point as mentioned below:
· Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA); or
· LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal)
1. Nationalities which ELIGIBLE are as follow:
i. Citizen of Bhutan
ii. Citizen of China
iii. Citizen of Myanmar
iv. Citizen of Taiwan
v. Citizen of Bangladesh, India, Pakistan & Sri Lanka holding a Permanent Residence andLong Term Passes (Employment Pass/Dependant Pass/Work Permit/S-Pass/Student Pass/Long Term Social Pass) in Singapore or other countries.
a. Requirements:
i. Possess avalid Single Entry Visa (SEV) / Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) to onward destination;
ii. Confirmed ticket to onward destination;
iii. Passport/travel document with the expiry date of not less than 6 months on the date of arrival in Malaysia;
iv. Not listed as barred person from entering Malaysia; and
v. Proof offinancial ability to stay in Malaysia.

120小时免签过境
免签过境发放予须持有马来西亚签证才能入境，且续航前往其他国家的非马来西亚公民。
免签过境的有效期至多为120小时（即5天），且不得延长。
免签过境是免费的。
免签过境者只可从以下出/入境口离开或进入马来西亚：
· 吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA); 或
· 低成本航站楼(LCCT) 。
1. 以下国家的公民合资格申请过境免签证:
i. 不丹；
ii. 中国；
iii. 缅甸；
iv. 台湾；
v. 持有新加坡或其它国家永久居留证及长期准证（用工准证/亲属准证/工作准证/特殊准证/学生准证/长期社交准证）的孟加拉、印度、巴基斯坦及斯里兰卡公民。
a. 申请条件:
i. 持有目的地的有效单次入境签证/多次入境签证；
ii. 持有已确认的前往目的地的续航机票;
iii. 护照/旅游证件有效期自抵达马来西亚之日起不少于六个月；
iv. 非被禁止进入马来西亚之人士；及
v. 证明本人持有足够资金以逗留于马来西亚。
这个120小时需要减掉入境的24小时和离境的24小时，才是可以逗留的时间 是否正确 请 @欢乐的二逼 @太阳1975 等大神乱入指教 |
