只能说亚航取消斯里兰卡航线补偿方案差劲透顶

刚刚打电话问广州客服，方案只有二个：要么退钱，要么改签到该航线停航前的某一班，包括与之相关的前后航线。
没有第三个选择！！

问题是，上海=吉隆坡2月19日才开航，吉隆坡=科伦坡最后一班是2月25日，去掉飞行转机时间，在兰卡4天不到，这样改签有何意义？

亚航的方案太不人性。更可恶的是，吉隆坡=科伦坡这条航线，11月25日还参与大促，往返几百块，没过24小时就变成近2700元的天价，说明当时亚航砍掉此航线已在计划内。如此这般，还进行大促，不亚于挖陷阱害人啊！

我们就这么忍受亚航吗？有什么好的维权办法吗？

Why did AirAsia decide to terminate this route from Kuala Lumpur - Colombo? AirAsia has always taken great consideration in deciding the routes and destinations that we service. Unfortunately, due to commercial reasons, this route has to be suspended indefinitely.
When is this cancellation taking place?The termination of this flight route is effective 26 February 2013.
How about guests who have booked and confirmed their flights? Will they be offered anything? Yes, affected guests will have the option of:
Move their flights to an earlier date to or from Kuala Lumpur or Colombo without any extra charges and subject to availability.
Be offered a credit shell for the value that they paid with a validity of 3 months
Full refund

How do I get in touch with AirAsia to facilitate the refund / credit shell / changes due to this route termination?
Guests will be contacted via email and SMS, as well as phone calls from our pre-flight team to notify them of this route termination as well as the options that are available to them.

I haven’t received an SMS or email even though I know my flight is being moved or cancelled. What should I do?

我也是啊，疯了，我是到吉隆坡去科伦坡，再会曼谷，但是飞曼谷不是他们的航班啊，我也要疯了，妈的，太过分了，不能改签其他航空公司吗，马来西亚航空就有啊，闹不啊

额...还好我们只买了一程促销票,看到情况不对立马转向了,同情大家..支持维权!

乐意陪亚航玩，就得承受这种摧残，要不不陪他玩，要不就买火的不会砍掉的线。

是挺坑人的。幸好当时定机票的时候科伦坡往返五百多的票在计划外的日期我没定，不然好纠结哟。{坚决支持大家维权！！！

虽然没有买这程机票，但是绝对鄙视亚航的后期客户服务，尽管是廉价航空，但是必须要对的起良心，不要让廉价当作遮羞布。
建议组成一个维权团，先研究一下条款，如果可以的话发律师函。
