我11/17日晚上,通过宿务网站预订了2014年11月,卡利波飞马尼拉的三张5P机票,通过支付宝付款的,刚开始在宿务官网“我的预订”中还能看到这个订单,后来变成要支付,再后来就消失不见了,我当天晚上写了一个邮件发去宿务,也在官网中文版中提交了申诉,今天收到宿务的邮件,大家帮我看看,到底是什么意思。
