I booked the tickets on Feb.27,2014 at the cost of (including taxes and all other fees), but the status was declined. After i wrote email to you, you replied to me that"This is to inform you that your booking booked under confirmation number has been forwarded for fare adjustment", and you changed status confirmed with payment due., which meant i should pay another
it is unreasonable that I should pay more money for it, cause i have already paid in time. It's your fault that caused my booking cancelled. There is no reason for you to raise my ticket price.
Dear official, I think you should let my booking (which confirmation number is ) status be confirmed instead of confirmed with payment due. As all known ,cebu air is a prefect company, I believe that you will deal with my problem as soon as possible.
please send me the e-ticket as well, thank u. :)
