2013年9月份抢购了宿务的1P机票。2014.9.5上海—马尼拉,9.6马尼拉—曼谷,9.10曼谷—马尼拉,9.10马尼拉—上海。8月10日收到宿务邮件说9.10日马尼拉—上海航班取消,询问是否愿意改签为9.11日的。如果不愿意,有三个方案可以选择。

我最后选择全额退款。全程都能退,退回预订时候的信用卡或者支付宝账户。宿务邮件回复很快,但事后我想到一件事,就是我去年买票的信用卡刚注销了没多久。打电话问交通银行说可以收到退款的,到时凭身份证和信用卡卡号到柜台取。等了几天发现有笔费用退到支付宝了,一看是9.6号马尼拉—曼谷的机票钱。这张机票是后补的,当时信用卡通过支付宝支付出去的,退不到卡里就退到支付宝了,但另外几笔是直接银行出去的就没收到。再问交行,客服说我已经销户了,是退不进来的,如果只是销卡是可以收到退款。郁闷死,再邮件联系宿务,这下需要我提供信用卡销户证明复印件,还必须是英文版,还有有效的ID。国内银行只会写身份证号,又不会写护照号,还要英文版,愁死我了。

等银行将账户注销证明传真给我后,自己稍加翻译后将复印件和护照扫描件发到servicedeskmnl@cebupacificair.com 。貌似这次163邮箱就不顶用了,换了QQ邮箱才有回复。但这个客服问我要了预订号,又要了证明和ID后就没音讯了。晕死...
有谁有过同样经历的,给我支个招呗
