郁闷，收到亚航自动回复的邮件，说了一通不给改的话，还说要提供证明什么的，如下。该怎么办呢？

According to booking number XXXXXX, please be informed that once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment you made is not refundable.
As AirAsia’s flight operations relocation from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Don Mueang Airport (DMK) from 01st October 2012 onward. Our flight schedule and times will not be affected. If you are traveling on or after 1 October 2012 the change will be the airport and airport codes.
If passenger, who holds bookings and affected by the switch to Don Mueang Airport are not inconvenience for this matter, please be informed that you may be required to show additional proof or evidence regarding the change in airport and may choose the following options:-
Option 1: Allow to move flight/date earlier or next available flight not over 7 days from original flight without change fees and fare differences. New travel dates are subject to seat availability.
Option 2: Credit shell for the unused booking which you can utilize on a later date. However please kindly refer to the credit shell condition as below.
The balance left will be the amount for you to utilize on the following options:
- Make new bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage
- Make changes to an existing bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage
Lastly, kindly take note of the following:
It is valid for 90 days
Once expired, it will be locked by the system and it is not extendable
It is applicable for D7, AK, FD and QZ flights
It is transferable to any family members or friends
In general if guest not travel and willing to have the refund of the amount which have been paid, then can get only Airport Tax refund and can be done after flight departed. Guest can submit the inquiry through e-form http://www.airasia.com/my/en/faqdetailsform.html |
