PP,我的订单AAG说必须重新订一个才退,而且要30-60天才退。。。晕。太霸王了,怎么办

Please be advised that we have cancelled the booking as per requested . However , we may only proceed with the refund once you have made a new booking with AirAsiaGo.com . Please make the new hotel booking by this Monday , and forward us the new booking number for the hotel.
We will process the refund only after we receive your new booking number . As for now, no refund shall be processed until we receive your new booking number .
The refund process after we receive your new booking number shall take 30-60 working days .
