受曼谷机场调整的影响,之前在曼谷预定了一些酒店,无法使用了。很多童鞋都在想办法退款或者退订。很不幸的是本人这次全部使用Airasiago预订了曼谷的酒店,并且全部都是正价预订,并非任何羊毛。
然而,大家都知道Airasiago的霸王条款——不退、不改、不更名。这么多白花花的银子,难道就打水漂了吗?
今天仔细研究了一下Airaisago的订单条款,找到了一些突破口,可以试着Challenge亚航假日:
大家看你们手上的Airasiago订单,第7.2条:
只有在重大变更的情况下,我们才会对您承担责任。重大变更是在您启程前我们对您的预订做出的变更,这种变更
会影响合同中的主要条款。重大变更包括取消预订或预订中的重要部分,或者改变:-
a. 您的目的地;
b. 变更为评级较低的酒店住宿,评级信息可在酒店信息页面中找到。
c. 起飞时间的变化超过12小时,或者住宿时间的变化。
d. 您与我们达成的地接安排协议(如果适用)
显然,亚航变更机场,使我们的目的地出现了变化。我想借助这个突破口,
如果我们做出重大变更,您可以做出相应的选择:
a. 接受变更;或者
b. 接受我们提供的等价或超值的替代方案;或者
c. 接受我们提供的较低价值的替代方案,以及原始方案和替代方案之间的价差;或者
d. 接受“暂存帐户”方式的退款,该笔款项可以保留自飞机实际起飞时间算起的3个月时间。
以上是我找到的退款依据,我打算明天去Challenge亚航假日。希望获得成功!

6月29日更新,刚刚我把退款的申诉邮件发出去了,等待回复中。。。

I have two booking orders (as the attachments) which will be affected by the Thai Airasia will transfer to Don Mueang International Airport by October 1st, 2012. Especially the SilverGoldGarden Hotel nearby the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and the Flight FD3820 departure time is 06:20am. It's really too hard to get to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport so early. So I have to apply to refund the booking orders to be a credit shell according to your rules (Part 7.2 and 7.3).

7月4日更新,等了4天之后,早上我发邮件给AAGO询问进展,刚刚对方回复已经进入退款状态。。。

Please be advised that the following Terms and Conditions applied for your hotel bookings:
3.5 | All Non-Flight products or services purchased, including but not limited to Tour and Transfer packages, are FINAL and cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or transferred to another individual.

We are unable to do any cancellation for the booking : 774475 . However, on goodwill basis , we shall cancel and refund one of your hotel booking : # 772082 via your credit card serial VI **** **** **** 2066 totalling CNY 112.27.
Pease allow the financial institution counterpart the time frame of 30-60 working days to successfully conduct the reversal of charges for the transaction. The reverse charge amount will be reflected in either your next or the following credit card statement (this depends on the settlement date of your bank).
目前最新的PK结果是,出发前最后一天的酒店订单已经帮我取消了,并且顺利进入退款流程,预计30-60个工作日退款到信用卡,值得注意的是,通过马来西亚AAGO的退款,并未提及手续费,也就是说——全额退款。
这次Challenge亚航假日,虽然金额不大,但是成功打破了他们的霸王条款,也给后面的童鞋提供一个案例,以供借鉴。
BTW,另外一个订单只有再想其他办法了。
