太阳及各位斑竹亲们:收到菲鹰邮件,通知说把kalibo机票提前5小时,从下午2:40提前到上午9:50了。然后说如果需要进一步服务,可以打他们电话或发客服邮件。
我是否可以据此把机票退掉,他们应该不扣手续费吧?应该怎么退呢?发邮件吗?有木有邮件正文模板啥的啊!第一步处理这一的事情,不太懂!
