宿务订票、退票及信用卡重复扣款问题的解决经过

7月7号晚上,试一下发邮件给宿务servicedeskmnl@cebupacificair.com,大致内容:
Date of booking: JUL 3, 2015(订票日期)
Passenger name:(乘客姓名)
Last name: L**
First name: Z****
Flight: round-trip, 16:15 OCT 15, 2015, From Manila to Kalibo; 18:55 OCT 20, 2015, From Kalibo to Manila. This booking should be cancelled (reference No. is K52***).(机票信息)
When I tried to pay, the system showed "unable to pay, please retry". So I tried again but still failed. I didn't get any comfirmation by email later. Because of your system problem, I gave up booking. (说明付款失败,没有收到邮件确认,订票系统出故障了~)
Next day (JUL 4), I booked another ticket: round-trip, 16:15 OCT 16, 2015, From Manila to Kalibo; 12:35 OCT 21, 2015, From Kalibo to Manila. I succeeded in paying and got a email with the itinerary (reference No. is Y7N***).(第二天成功订到了另一张机票)
Due to the problem of your mobile system, I paid repeatedly and mistakenly. Please help me to cancel the flight (reference No. is K52***), and give me a full refund! Thanks for your help!(申请退票并全额退款)
首先,会收到对方的一封自动回复邮件。
