刚才广州墨尔本几百元机票被盗刷了5千多,发现扣款如下,:先扣取正常的13.50欧元,后扣取5512.57元人民币,前后11秒,
现已冻结信用卡,只承认13.50欧元,5512.57元人民怎么拒付,大家说怎么办
