本人手贱买了scoot广州往返新加坡的五一双人票,eDreams邮件订单显示总价29.69欧(其中scoot收4.19欧、edreams收25.5欧)。
然后招商银行微信即时显示,实际扣款情况为第一笔edreams扣款25.5欧、第二笔Scoot Pte扣款人民币3222.94元。
1.马上电话招行客服,申请止付。客服答暂不可以,该笔交易已扣款但商户尚未申请结算。客服听完我的案例认为可能我的该笔交易可能属于欺诈销售,建议我去和商户解决纠纷,如果无果再和招行这边商讨下一步对策。我让招行先留了电话问询记录。
2.找论坛hahahha加好友,和他说明我的情况,让其帮忙记录维权。
3.上edreams的自主help服务区,填写complaint上传edreams的邮件pdf、scoot订单的pdf整合材料,做一个在线的enquiry。收到reference号码,等待对方后续回复。
4.自己主动打电话给0018445396719 edreams客服,提供订单号,查询我的支付情况。对方反应系统记录我的扣款金额为400多欧元大致500欧的样子(金额和招行实际扣款的差不多)。认为如果我对金额持有异议的话,要在网站help区做一个online help,传资料。我报了我的online reference NUMBER,然后客服说草草看了我提供的东西,没发现有银行扣款与订单金额不一致的情况(他肯定没有仔细看),要我继续提供材料。然后我让他先记录我的投诉,回头我继续补银行的扣款资料。
5.问美国的同学怎么办,同学说继续和edreams投诉。如果超过一个星期无果建议直接打美国消费者保护热线,闹到官方去。
上述是我今天晚上所做的措施,虽然然并卵,但还是先写出来。其他坛友有什么好的建议啊?有什么进展?

昨天填完online help以后,客服转过来一个邮件:

然后昨天下午我又发还一份邮件,把当时网页确认的截屏、edreams确认邮件、招行扣款截屏做成一个pdf附件转给edreams客服,然后晚上收到一封回信。 Dear customer, Thank you for contacting us again.

接着我又打了edreams美国的热线,客服人员表示把我的case已经转给专员了,但没有其他说辞。然后他们还说最近两天已经接到好几个类似的投诉,都转给后面处理了。具体处置方案无法答复。
