求教 宿务密码错误无法找回 如何买行李

哎 账户密码输错三次导致无法登陆 试着找回密码但是失败
现在想补行李也不行 是不是登录账户状态下买的票也必须登录账户才能补行李呢？

图片里下方就是根据单号 姓名找到的订单… 但是再怎么添加行李呢？ 那个找到的订单点击无反应的 谢谢

一定要点击订单管理，然后等他跳出下拉菜单，再选择下拉菜单里的添加行李才行

如果你当时是登录帐号预订的，现在加行李就必须登录帐号，如果当时没有登录现在加行李就如上面网友提供的思路就行。还有一种邮件找宿务要。如下是宿务发我的信息    This is to acknowledge the receipt of email below. 嗯嗯 怪不得怎么都无法添加… 我试过发email  ceb club升级成getgo 我还想没有激活过… 一直无法找回密码

所以还是不要登陆的好，我买宿务机票都100正了，到现在也没注册过账号。

以前也有过忘记密码 但都能重置… 自从他升级为getgo后第一次这样… 看来只能7kg走杜马盖地了…
