前几天收到亚航发来的邮件，基本都无办法了吧，就提前了几个小时，只能默默接受了，大家有收到吗：


题目是：
Urgent! AirAsia Flight FD3216 has been CANCELLED - New Flight: FD3222departure time 07:00 PM (1900 hrs).

Please find below your new flight details:

New Flight Number                                                        : FD 3222

New departure time from Krabi (KBV)                       : 07:00 PM (1900 hrs)

New arrival time in Bangkok (DMK)                           : 08:30 PM (2030 hrs)

In the event of such a flight reschedule, you may also choose from the following options:

a)     Move flight: Change to another flight within 14 days, without additional cost, and subject to seat availability.

b)    Credit Shell: Retain the value of your fare in a credit account for your future travel with AirAsia. The online credit shell is valid for 90 days after issuance.

c)     Refund: Obtain a full refund in the amount equivalent to your booking and in the form of    your original payment.
