由于我妈妈护照名字中”女“的 新护照改名的事情，所以我想除了加注，还有个办法就是要求机票改名，我发的原始邮件是：
Good today~
My name is XXX , I have booked the tickets on your website on Dec-14th that booking No. isXX and booking date on Jan-10,2013 that booking No. isXX.
We will go to Philippines this year!
I booked my mother name "GENNV CHEN" based on China old version passport , but new version passport from 2013 begin must showed GENNYU CHEN , I'm very shock, so greatly need your help to modify my this two booking above mentioned No.
Per China passport new regulations from 2013: All name showed “V" must be replaced "YU"
Pls kindly help revise the name as from "GENNV CHEN" to "GENNYU CHEN" for Booking No1. :XX (PVG=MNL) and No2 : XXX (MNL to Caticlan) .
And Tks a lot for your help!! we all very want to go to Philippines and thank you very much! Looking forward to your good new.

In line with your name correction request, please submit the following documents: Ø 1 valid primary ID of the passenger (note: in case of original passenger is a child, purchaser should provide such) Note: Please attach a valid ID of the child passenger, in the absence of the ID please provide a copy of the Birth Certificate Ø Proforma Notarized affidavit (attached) )– filled up by the original passengers (note: if the passenger on the booking is a child, purchaser should accomplish the form) Once all documents are received, case will be subject for evaluation.
