3月5日 吉隆坡--北京 航班 2人成功成功升级为3座位，现需要退款给我 ，我付款的账号是 ：中国银行长城借记卡 。扣款貌似是美元128美元
昨天收到 电子邮件 如下：
Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Optiontown and your interest in Empty Seat Option (ESo). We would like to inform you that we are unable to process the refund for your booking and request you to please confirm if the card which was used for Sign-up has been expired or blocked. Please confirm at the earliest so that we can proceed with the refund. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding in this matter!
请教下的大家 我该如何处理 谢谢 ~
