购买机票时买的80元的保险，会有赔偿么？求大神指教



We refer to your flight D7 330 on [Monday], [18th August 2014] scheduled to depart at 1925hrs from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2).




We regret to inform you that the above flight has been cancelled.

This cancellation is due to Commercial Reasons.




Please contact us at aax_preflight@airasia.com, quoting your booking number, if:




·         You want to move* to the closest flight to your original flight as follows:

-       D7 330 on [Sunday], [17th August 2014], departing at 1925hrs, arriving in Shanghai at 0035hrs the next day;  

-       D7 330 on [Tuesday], [19th August 2014] departing at 1925hrs, arriving in Shanghai at 0035hrs the next day;

·         You wish to move* to any of our other Kuala Lumpur - Shanghai flights of your choice;

·         You wish to cancel your ticket and request for a refund;

·         You wish to convert the fares into an Online Credit Shell;

·         Should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia X/ AirAsia, we will also move* them accordingly; or

·         Should you have any concerns you would like us to address.

就aax_preflight@airasia.com这个邮箱，LZ可以改签也可以取消，相关24小时之内的亚航都可以改签

邮件说可以改签other Kuala Lumpur - Shanghai flights航班啊，不错啊，不知道有什么限制条件，如果是马航的那就算了

估计是可以改成亚航的航班。我也是周一的，也取消了9月初，准备全额退款到银行卡

那种保险不赔偿的，然后你要改签赶紧，和亚航发邮件有时候要好几天才会回复

航班取消，发邮件可以免费改签，也可以退票到亚航账户，上月刚操作过，连带24小时内的航班也可以改签。
